Introducing the Custom Optiquattro Horizontal Rod System for cabinets, designed with stainelss steel pins that securely attach to square anodized aluminum rods, measuring 0.24" x 0.24". Available in lengths from 18 to 72 inches, in 2-inch increments, the square design ensures a perfectly level display, preventing any twisting or slipping of the rods and pins.
Assembly is quick and straightforward, featuring durable, nearly unbreakable polycarbonate and stainless steel components. The standard horizontal spacing between clips is 5 to 6 inches. The rods are easily mounted between the side walls of your cabinet using open and closed plugs that are pressure-fitted onto the rod ends. Installation is simple: insert the open-type plug into a pre-drilled hole on the cabinet wall, allowing the rod to pass through. Then, push it slightly and pull it back to insert into the closed-type plug, which is inserted into another pre-drilled hole. This closed plug has an internal taper that firmly grips the aluminum rod for a secure fit.
